| Insurance Waivers |

| USCA Insurance waivers must be signed by all guests and participants for sanctioned events. Guests may participate in two trips before becoming FSPC members. Members are only required to sign one waiver for each policy period beginning February 11 of each year. Signed waivers should be sent to the Membership Chairperson, Ruth Marwitz |
